My Birthday Surprise!
This past Tuesday was my 26th birthday! My sweet husband, knowing how much birthdays mean to me, woke me up Monday morning and told me to pack my overnight bag and to be ready by 11AM. We rolled out, with our bags and dinner packed in the truck, and two hours later we arrived just past Cookesville, TN in a sweet little town called Monterey! This morning I read through 2 Corinthians 5, and was incredibly slapped in the face by the Scriptures. I’m sure I’ve used this analogy before, but I literally felt like that page sprouted a hand and smacked me square on the cheek.
