Happy Birthday Jamie
First day of sixth grade…most awkard time of your life, but that day I met one of the BEST friends I have ever had. Jamie Marie Cope. We met in Ms. Richie’s class that day, Jamie dressed in her matchy matchy pantsuit, and I probably wearing some AWFUL outfit (most likely involving tweety bird). That day began the start of a beautiful relationship. One that brought me through my awkward years, into my high school years, and left me with rock hard abs from laughing so hard. Jamie and I became BEST friends. The ones that never left each other’s sides. We got each other. We practically read each other’s minds. We laughed a LOT, we cried a LOT, we hugged each other through breakups, got into trouble together, danced together, ate (ALOT) together, and became young women together. This is a girl I will never forget.
Our sweet Jamie had to leave us on May 29th, 2006. We miss your love of life Jamie. We miss your goofy smile, and your ability to make our sides split from laughing. I miss eating full jars of Vlasic crunchy dills, and bottomless bowls of top ramen after school. You were a lover of life, and EVERYONE knew it. Today would have been your 26th birthday. We’re getting old!
Remember when we hosted the New Years party at Grandpa and Baba’s? We were babies!
We were always laughing/smiling!
So many memories.
You were a beautiful woman Jamie. We all love you and miss you very much. Happy birthday sweet girl!
